Yoga Classes

Do you have a knot in your back?
Does your body ache in the morning and feel stiff? This class combines both Hatha yoga and rolling on a small 6 inch ball. Simply sit, lean and lie on the ball, using your body weight to massage muscles and ligaments. This releases tension in the soft tissues, and when one combines this effect with yoga one achieves a wonderful feeling of relaxation, increased strength and flexibility. Who would not want to feel this at the end of the day?
