The first measurable indicator of postural asymmetries (which can lead to chronic pain and pathology in many parts of the body) is distortion in plane of occlusion.
The reverse could be true…that is why I am involved in research at UBC to determine if jaw / neck affects global posture or other way around
I wonder if this horse has neck pain as result of misaligned teeth.
In humans this would be the case
